Q1. Can I have a sample order for grow tent?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q2. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in yellow carton box or white carton box. Customized package is available.

Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 20-35 days

The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q4. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample, but the customers pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Sample fee will be refunded if you place mass order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on grow tent product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery or see copy of bill. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
